Returns/Exchange Policies

AHA Store Policies:

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All custom shirt sales are final.




We hope you love your AHA Store purchase! If something doesn’t quite fit or isn’t exactly as you had hoped, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of shipment on all merchandise, excluding sale/clearance items, custom apparel, or special order items. Items must have all original tags and be free of wear or damage. Please include your original invoice and the return will be refunded to your original method of payment.


If you would like to exchange an item, please include your original invoice in your return package and indicate the replacement item and/or size you wish to exchange on your invoice.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service to return your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
